Do you guys like exercising? I can’t live without it , I work out every morning. It’s really good for my mental health, I always been active as a kid but stopped when I got into college.
after a lot of anxiety episodes I got back working out and have been ever since. 5 years straight with no body pressure only doing for my health… and now I’m in love with the results and love my body. How was your journey?

yes and I can't wait to start running again after my injury, for now I can only hike but it shouldn't be much longer ❤️
