I recommend meeting them for coffee in your favourite cafe. green tea, frosted flakes (with Tony on the box; they're greaaaat!) and skim in the morning, water , lots and lots of water, throughout the day, no lunch, a grilled thin sliced pork fillet with a salad (Newman's Own Vinagrette ) and a frozen Twix ice cream bar . . . . love it!
