I'm glad you had such a great trip. 
I also don't feel my age. I literally feel and act like I'm still in my twenties. I also am used to living in the moment. Having recently turned 36, I do wonder if I'm wasting my life indulging my hobbies and hanging out with friends. I figure as long as I'm having fun, I'm ok. But I do have visions of myself in 50 years old and alone. Oh well, I try not to dwell on it.
