Right, so everyone know that we are completely snowed in here in the Northeast.
It is fast becoming an overall record breaking winter, and this January snow has already broken the record for most snowfall.

What this means is lots of work from home days for me. Yay!

Double yay, since on work from home days I don't have to walk up and down the 7 flights of stairs. Although the stairs at least give me a little bit of exercise - I just cannot get motivated to save my life to exercise. I keep thinking I will get a membership to the gym next to work and go during lunch - but not when I am working from home about once a week.

Any suggestions on getting motivated to work out? I really just want a routine based on lifting weights. I love lifting to weights but hate cardio.

As I mentioned in my last journal - I swear the winter causes me to have so many doubts about everything. I swear it is like the darkness seeps into my soul and heart.

I am up at an ungodly hour for a Saturday.
I have terrible insomnia and even once I fall asleep I can't stay asleep - so I take sleeping pills.
But the thing with sleeping pills is you an never tell when they will kick in. And I have to take them early to ensure I don't get the sleep hangover the next day. This means I could fall asleep at 9 pm or 11pm.

Edited to Add: I just realized I literally have no more lingerie. How does that happen? Ifyou have any favorite pieces post a link. I need to do some shopping.

i fell by my house. They do have the best facilites. all the walks were cleared off when I got on campus at 8:30
