Yikes.
I was badly behaved today.
It is true.
So, per usual the guilt is just eating me up.
I really need to work on this guilt thing.
Realize that fine, I may not have been my best, I may have been bad, but that feeling guilty will do nothing to fix any of that.
The best I can do is forgive myself and learn from it, and not do it again.

Any suggestions on how to start to do that?
Not get rapped up in pentenance and guilt, but move on.

Hopefully for now the guilt will only last for four days. That is the norm al timeline for this level.
I realize this sounds frickin crazy.
What can I say?

I am praying for a snow day tomorrow.
Work from home and watch Maury - you are the father.
