A two hour drive is good for clearing your head.
When you arrive at your destination and there is snow on the ground, and the xmas tree you decorated that is home. And even if it is for only one night - it can make all the difference in the world!

I am excited to see my extended family this weekend.
I miss them.
I normally see them on Labor Day and TG - but life interfered for both of those this year. And now I can't wait to see my little nieces and hug them.
