My gut is churning.
Ugh.
I have been living in my bubble - but I feel like it is about to burst.
Or maybe I am just running out of air.

I want things to basically stay status quo, with just a few moves upwards and towards happiness.

What to do?
I can never figure it out.


I have been exhausted lately.
Work has been out of control.
Totally turning my brain to mush.
It needs a break.

I sleep through the night but it doesn't feel like enough.
