This has been a lazy, lazy, lazy weekend.
I am sure I have gained weight because of it.
What is strange is that lazy weekends seem to go by ridiculously fast.
But busy weekends seem like they last forever.

I would thinkit would be the opposite.
Makes me happy I have Monday off as well.

I need to start working out at home.
Just sit ups or something.


There is a charity event here in NY called the stilleto run, to stop children trafficing.
I can't be the only one who thinks this is a bad idea.

Has anyone on here ever gone a cruise by themselves?

Just ask a friend to join you. A couple of years ago I had booked a cruise while dating a witch ... and things went south before the cruise. I asked my favorite waitress if she would like to join me, she said yes ... we had a great time. They have special singles cruises too, went on a few with my buddies while in school, they are a fucking blast. smile

GNC sells a chin up / dip bar that hangs in a doorway without tools or hardware for like $25. You can get a cheap set of dumbells and a yoga ball for not much more too. My favorite is walking on a treadmill while watching tv or a movie. smile

I swear I gained 14 pounds during this last food and wine cruise. oink
