Hope yous all had a great Valentine’s wherever yous are. Since I’m single, I’ve spent it on video games like Horizon Zero Dawn and watching Person Of Interest. Basically keeping quiet.

Made Chicken Alfredo and it was amazing. Even though I prefer the Authentic Fettuccine Alfredo more. Still I enjoyed this. Same with my folks. 😊
I am planning to make Red Velvet Cake soon since I always want to make it again. Haven’t done it in years. So I really want to make it. Same with making empire biscuits. I’m into cooking & baking, been since I was a teen. It was used in my therapy years ago when I was in a big deep depression period cause I was bullied badly in school & college. So my worker as well as my folks suggested cooking/baking cause I always talk about it. Wanted to cook like Ken Hom and that. So rest is history.
And here I am in 2026 with good cooking/baking skills. Still single, still never dated, still a virgin but guess what I don’t care. I am happy with my life. I’m happy that I cook for my family & on occasion friends. I’m happy that I choose the indoor nerd life. I’m happy that I’m an uncle of 4 & now a great uncle. I’m happy to write blogs. I’m happy that I support models who are good friends of mine and I’m happy to deliver this blog to yous all.
