Hey peeps hope this week is good for you. Just want to make this mini blog and I’ll do this as much as I can cause I like being open with yous since your all awesome.
So this is a follow up to my mental health blog I’ve written a week ago. Didn’t had the best Easter, so much so that my mental health dropped. I was feeling down, miserable and just didn’t want to move. But I have talked to my family about it. Saying this needs to stop and they said sorry to me for not being the best I know they can be. Their biggest flaw is their pretty forgetful so it’s a lot of work to keep reminding them that I’m not ok and I need help. I got help. I saw the doctor yesterday and he was very understanding & educated to mental health. Had a good talk about my mental health issues and what’s gets me down & gets me anxious. So I’m on fluoxetine for now and I’m also going to start this thing called CBT, which is Cognitive behavioural therapy in short. It’s basically a online therapy thingy that my doctor is referring me to and I’ll be doing that to hopefully help out with me and continue to improve my mental health. That’s always been my main focus is to make sure I’m mentally well. Trust me I was in worse shape last year but I’ve improved a lot since then.
I think I’ve improved cause I’ve learned to rely on myself more. Basically since ppl are unreliable in my personal life. So many changed plans, plans cancelled, etc. Hopefully my mates are still on for Endgame, if not I’m riding solo. I do go to the cinema alone and I don’t mind tbh. My cinema is usually quiet. Usually. Although you get the junkies who come in and never shut the fuck up but I don’t let it bother me cause I don’t care lol. My mates don’t think so, I just say I just ignore them. Besides I prefer watching films the second time around anyway. I enjoy it more since it’s me in my room. No one about. Hopefully in the future it’ll be my gf but for now it’s a me party lol.
I don’t mind being single really. I actually prefer being friends with females tbh, less drama that way you know. But I’m open minded. Would love a good woman in my life. Hell I’ll finally have a co op partner on the next Dying Light lol. I prefer local over online.
Anyway yeah so I’m working my ass off on getting better, being better and living better. I do think writing blogs, running the fan accounts and talking to many of the SW/alt model/SG community has helped me out. I definitely will not be leaving this place soon. It has helped me out more ways than one. So yeah I’m definitely enjoy writing blogs. Even something like this that’s more casual than a more worked on Favourite SG Sets blogs.
As for upcoming blogs. I’m thinking of doing another appreciation blog. Also do another music blog, a gaming one or talk about more about mental health. Idk yet but I’ll post it whenever I think I’ve got something. I’m more focused on helping out supporting & helping models out with my blogs & fan accounts. Especially since everyone is being pricks to these gorgeous but very nice ladies. Seriously their the nicest ppl. They don’t deserve all the hate & abuse that they get on IG and elsewhere. It’s pretty pathetic. So I’m helping them out and chat to them more. Just be there online. Cause I believe they need it more than ever.
I understand their pain. Their pain is my pain. Mental health issues is very real and it’s a problem. So I’m doing my part to be the bright side of their online life as they are with mine. I already said why I’ve made the fan accounts cause I believe it is needed. Cause I saw nothing but then being sad, angry, depressed, etc on their stories & post on their social medias so it’s basically something I want to do. Help out. Chat to them, support them and know that not every guy is a disrespectful troll who sends pics of his dick. They can trust me. I’m a harmless nerd but they know that.
That’s why if yous need to chat to me, add me on WhatsApp, etc. By all means DM me. Let’s all help each other out, have a chat and have a bloody good laugh lol.
