Hey peeps, hope you’re all doing good and had a great weekend. Just want to make this extra blog here before posting my Favourite SG Sets blog. It’s something that’s been bugging me a lot and kinda pissing me off.
That’s the new rules of Instagram, their continuous deleting of modelling accounts and how much they’ve lost their minds. And I’m going to take it.
I joined IG in January as a fan account to further promote and support the models of the Sex Work/Alternative/glamour modelling industry. So far I’ve been getting a lot of great feedback and support from many ppl. And I thank you for that. I was debating on doing IG since this is been having for a while but it’s gone even worse & I think it’s going too far with their unnecessary censorship. I can’t support that. I refuse. Especially they’ll taking down many accounts and shadow banning from my favourites. Especially @tommy @tink @peachhes @arachnie @blaizee and recently took down @katherine account on just speaking out on it. Which is so fucking stupid. It’s blowing out of proportion big time. It really sucks, it really does.
My Twitter fan account however there’s no problem. Everything is great there and I have more followers there than IG anyway. Hell even this site’s own Twitter account is following me. So Twitter’s Fan account is still going strong.
However my Instagram is work. In fact most of the time I have to repost things on there due to getting taking down and I don’t have all day playing IG politics you know. I do have a social life and other things to do. So I am thinking of packing it in with Instagram. But I don’t want to leave it since I worked my ass off for building up my followers and help many models promote them & probably gain more followers cause of my promoting. Idk I’m just doing my best to support as they support me.
Still I don’t want to leave but it feels like I should since it’s not fun posting there like my Twitter & on my BiM Girls page (glamour model social media site btw) it’s just dealing with a growing pain in the ass that is the IG politics. It’s turning into a joke.
I’m so happy that I’ve gained a lot of followers and chat to a lot of the models on there as I do here. But I prefer here. I always prefer here. There’s no drama or any of that bullshit you get on Instagram. I get why some models stay on it cause it’s their business. I joined for the fun of it cause I love to show my support for my favourite models.
In fact I’ll show what @tripodski send me to end this on a positive note cause I do my best to look on the bright side of life. I really hate negativity. So here’s what I got in the mail recently.......
As a backer on his awesome Patreon (which you can join by clicking here) I got this Instax of @narsil from my good friend @Tripodski as an reward on being a backer of his. I do get treated for my support. Even though I don’t demand it, it’s up to them but I do get treated. Some models give me extra sets and I’ll not show it since it’s for me only. As rewards cause everyone I support give back in their own way. And I do appreciate that. Especially I’m just some anonymous guy on the net. I’m grateful to all that support me and I can’t thank yous enough.
One day I’ll post my face but not right now, I’m scared to tbh lol.
So yeah I’m sticking to my Twitter fan account wise. Hope everyone understands and you probably do cause I think it’s pissing everyone off so I’m not alone on the shite that Instagram is doing. I do recommend checking @katherine video on the matter. It’s on Instagram, check on one of the SG model’s stories. Sure they’ll link it already.
So yeah I have to say my piece cause I can’t stay silent on it. So I’m more on Twitter now. Be posting more there now.
Anyway thank you for reading this extra blog. I appreciate it. My next Favourite SG Sets blog will be up tomorrow or Tuesday. Just need to write about this one since I think it needs to be said.
