There certainly were other things bothering me, but I saw them all as things we could work through. This latest spat was not something I could tolerate. If I really saw that she was that way from the beginning I wouldn't've continued the relationship. It's just that I got through long stretches where I don't socialize irl much and then I go through stretches where I'm tearing it up from here to Destin.
I can comprehend distrusting strangers, but as far as I'm concerned, a friend of a friend(girl) is not a stranger in the dangerous sense, and I am totally dedicated to being able to freely associate with people who I consider to be friends.
She's met several of my closest friends, but there is a fairly large number of people who I consider to be my friends, and since I seldom have people over there are literally dozens of people who I call "friend" who's she's never met during our 10 month stint . I'm a sociable friendly sort of guy (even though I don't go out much) who works in an industry where I'm constantly meeting people. I have a lot of people coming into my life all the time. I love meeting new people. It's a key part of who I am. That's why I was able to turn away from her so suddenly. As soon as I saw that we had a fundamental disagreement over how one should approach life, I realized that I couldn't say with her any longer. I'm not going to wait around to see if she's going to change. Screw that.

Last night, two douchebags thought they could lean on my car, brandishing their cell phones and "parking lot pimp". I told the girl next to me to "watch this", and set off the alarm. Too funny!
Last night some lady ate a cup of ALFREDO SAUCE! The cook totally did it on accident, had 1 cup of soup and 1 cup of alfredo in the microwave; they do look very similiar. She ate it and didn't say a thing. OMG that's gotta be like 10,000 calories!

It would seem I'll be okay if I do what I'm supposed to. I'll likely be posting an entry in my journal when I feel more up to it, but for now, I'm copying and pasting, then maybe personalizing, the following:
Potassium has always passed through me leaving me at times dangerously hypokalemic (with low serum potassium levels) and I've always had to make sure I have extra potassium in my diet and have always been able to tell when it's dropping too much (I feel like I'm about to pass out and then my vision goes grey and I collapse. Something (we don't know what yet) caused a sudden swing in the opposite direction and the high potassium level caused a severe strain on my normally very healthy and strong heart.
I have a lot of orders to follow and will have to take potassium (K+) levels every day until I'm stable and do a cardiac stress test next week.
It's weird, though - I'm normally the one trying to convince my patients that too much potassium will kill them. So I'm well familiar with what I have to do. Now we have to figure out how this happened in order to prevent it from happening again. I'd ridden 15 miles on my bicycle that day, but that's not uncommon for me.

So, apparently you came out to your Dad's ex before you came out to yourself? Probably just 'cause you don't taik all tough and assholish, she made the assumption people often do to guys that aren't jerks. Happens to lots of straight nice guys.
Wow, I'm pretty sure I would have yacked had I eaten a cup of alfredo sauce. Considering that it's mostly butter/margarine and heavy cream, you can bet she probably got about a week's worth of her daily value for cholesterol. Probably took a few months off her life too.
Annnnd what I meant to type before was "You shut your mouth when you're talking to me" which is a great deal more hilarious BUT I am apparently a little retarded.
