So, the quest for models rages on.
The paper decided to run my ad for another week, which I haven't paid for. Score, at least someone's helping me out. So, last week I had 3 serious inquiries, today I got a fourth. Tomorrow I am meeting with a lady from East Lansing at Starbucks. She sounds young, I hope she's not lying about her age.
Everyone is concerned with "Body types." Ladies, I don't care. I'm looking to model all types, heavy, inked, pierced, shaved, hairy...whatever... but I will say my standards aren't completely in arrears. I do have to evaluate whether a model will "inspire" me, or not...in layman's terms that is.
Well, I met with anotherlemontree this afternoon. My first meeting with someone from SG, it was fun meeting with someone from an online community. Don't know that I would do it often, but it was fun meeting her. She has agreed to pose for me, and also said she doesn't mind me telling people, so yeah. I will be painting her, hopefully. We didn't talk about it much, I fear I dominated the conversation, as I tend to do
.... but we had spoken before about a possible exchange of modeling for each other. So hopefully we will do that, and maybe (Shock of Shocks!) there will be pictures of me floating around soon! *Gasp shock horror!!!*
I really hate pictures of myself, I always think I look so goofy, but she is talented and I trust her eye and ability. So, yeah..... anotherlemontree, we should talk more about that next time
