Finally! I finally got into my website and titled and redid a bunch of things I have been putting off. If anyone is interested here is the link.
MY ART
I know, whine whine, everyone is going to be mad at me because they can't click on the images anymore to make them larger anymore. I had one too many people griping that they had problems with my site, and this was one way (hopefully) to solve the data exchange problem. If alot of people flock to it, it may still kick you off. Hey, what do you want? For me it's a free online portfolio that I really don't use much and yahoo only grants a small amount of data and space to work with for free. I also took out a whole page of really old work, so everything on it now is work I have made within the last year, hell, now that I think of it it's probably all from within the last 6 months. Goody! Current work.....
I'm going to break out my printmaking stuff again. It's time. Linoleum blocks are calling my name. I love printmaking, it's a good way to make alot of work that I can put into my exhibitions that people will actually by (because it's cheap!) Last exhibition I made tee-shirts and I got a button maker and I made buttons with my art on it. They were fun, and I think I sold 80-something of them. The only problem was it was pretty much the only thing I sold, prints and tee-shirts and buttons, that is. It's fun and a cute marketing ploy, but I feel as if I sold my soul. I didn't actually sell any work, except for inexpensive shrinkwrapped prints and such.
Oh well, now I have a button maker. Anyone need buttons made?
