ad gotten loose about a week and half ago she was in her yard when another dog came and nipped at her so she nipped back and a fight started. The owner of the other dog kicked Arabella multiple times and she bit him. She was inside for 11 days until she was cleared then she was put back outside 11/01/2012.
The night of 11/01/2012 the man who had been bit got revenge by coming into the owners back yard where she was retrained with a harness a collar and two cables and unhooked her. The man then led her to his yard where he took a gun held it about an inch from Arabellas head and pulled the trigger he shot Arabella twice in the neck. The owner Danielle McDonald who had found the at the time stray starving dog over the summer was standing behind Arabella reaching down to grab her and take her home when the man fired the first shot our daughter jerked her arm back and the man shot again then he waved the gun at Danielle telling her that she better leave.
Arabella was laying on the ground moving her head and legs trying to get away and the man refused to let Danielle take Arabella away. It wasnt until around 45 minutes later when the police forced him to release Arabella before she was able to get her.
Arabella was rushed to the only vet that was doing emergency visits over 40 minutes away. ~ Arabella is doing much better today it has been a miracle overnight she has improved more than anyone ever expected. We were told that she will no longer need the ct scan or surgery! Arabella is still at the specialist but we are hoping to get her fully healed and back home soon. She has an over $1,500.00 specialist bill which grows for every night she is there. We are asking please if you can find it in your heart to donate to help this precious girl. If you cannot donate we completely understand but we ask that you please pray for Arabella.
