I was just outside taking advantage of the mild weather , moving things around in my barn , the new roof should be completed today if I start poking my roofing guys with sharp sticks . It will be nice not seeing a giant blue tarp covering the roof , and a fresh coat of paint will make it look even better .
Thursday I will be flying back down to Florida with my grandmother , and staying down there for new years . A few friends are getting together on the Suwannie (SP?) river for and all day boating event on new years eve , luckily we will be in an area with no manitee (SP?) season speed limits .... they should start harvesting those sea cows and marketing them as the other white meat
Time to head to the hospital to get my bloodwork done , I'm starting to wonder if the real reason the nurses take four big test tubes of blood is so they will have some to drink

so how did the roof turn out? break some sticks poking the guys working on it?
We've had some pretty mild weather here too - Christmas was not like Christmas at all...not that I'm complaining - I hate snow and cold
