I have been feeling weird lately. For about 2 weeks I have felt very sedated, as if I am on a seriously high dose of xanax or valium. I think my body has sedated itself for some reason. Why would it do that? I am tired all the time. I could lay down right this very minute & be asleep in about 3 minutes. It is weird because I have had insomnia for most my life & sleeping well, not waking every hour & falling asleep easy is very strange to me. I don't really like it. I am not used to it.

And my feelings are so neutral. Always neutral. Not really happy. not really sad. Not really mad. Not lonely. Just nothing. And I am bored. Everything is boring. It is just a weird feeling. And because of this, I am getting nothing done.
