I read somewhere that the body translates heat as stress. Yep. I am so irritable today. I am cussiing out everyone & everything I come in contact with... including objects.

Ha ha. I am so pissed off it is ridiculous.

I just heard on the radio how Mike McCready of Pearl Jam has Crohn's Disease. Mike was talking about the symptoms & I can just say that I am so thankful that I have THIS stomach disease. I am so happy I DON'T have Crohn's Disease... Oh oh thank you oh sweet sweet buddha, god, goddess & angels in heaven! tongue puke

Then I really get mad . Okay to get mad, but we have to be aware of how our anger is released. Hope you get to feeling better and all happy and shit. wink
