So, my stomach is driving me crazy, as usual. Everything makes my stomach feel sick in one way or another & I really get tired of analyzing everything before I eat it... will this make me sick today? Will that make me sick even though it never has before? Fuck, should I eat at all today? I think it is just that my stomach follows the state of my mind & my mind right now is filled with anxiety, so I haven't really ate for days.

I remember years ago when I lived upstairs & my son was at my mom's house for the night. I didn't want to cook, so I stuck the small left-over bowl of Hamburger Helper in the microwave at about 7:00pm for dinner. I started watching tv & playing video games & grabbed a bowl of cereal before bed, totally forgetting about the Helper in the Microwave. The next day, at around 4pm my son's father (my ex by then) stopped over, we were still good friends & we liked to hang out sometimes. Well, I went to make something to eat for a late lunch, opened the microwave & there was the Helper still there. My ex was like "Wow, can I have it?" I told him about me forgetting it & it sitting out all night & the fact that it was summer & hot as hell & about possible food poisening & that... was he sure about this? He just nodded, grabbed it & stuffed his face & was just fine.

And here I am wondering if water is, once again, is going to give me heartburn.
