Ever have a day when you have all these brilliant plans & you get right on them & then everything goes wrong?

I took melatonin the other night. I had got the lowest dose. I just wanted something to gently guide me into a peaceful slumber... this shit took me down at gun point. No shit. It really kicked my fucking ass. I kept thinking I was dead & in a coffin in a castle on a hill surrounded by lava. I have been cutting them in fourths since.

I notice that getting good sleep makes me alittle manic... or perhaps it just seems manic in comparison to the drowsy sedated way I was before.

I am addictied to the song Wings of a Butterfly. I have played that song a gazillion times already today. I have it on a loop. I can't stop. I can't stop.
