I just got a phone call from Visa (whom I owe a tone of money to) & she wanted to talk about the conversation she had with my husband... I have a husband?
She said that my husband called her, from my home phone number, on Dec. 16 at 12:20pm & told her that we would settle the debt at 10%. Then my "husband" also said that he was going to school to be an attorney & just needs to pass the bar... also, that we are filing bankruptcy in the near future.
Everyday I wake up & I find out more & more of what this jackass did. Not that I care that he lies to Visa... but, fuck, it really was none of his business.
What will happen tomorrow? Fuck.

You should call the police and find out if he has any warrants for his arrest. Sounds to me like he's a drug addict / petty criminal / con-artist. Beware of this scum-ball, I have a feeling he might be up to something.
