Dinner tonight is:

Ham and goat cheese omelet with green onions, asian pear and bok choy with a side dish of collard greens, sauteed in Blood orange vinegar with avocado oil. Yum!

I went to the gym and worked out a ton of aggression towards a team mate of mine. It's frustrating to have some people in my life right now, especially when they come from the Ready, Fire, Aim school of doing things.

Oh well... I have to take a shower.

It does SUCK. I just got out of the shower myself. Dinner at your house sounds YUM. I made pork tenderloin that I marinated in hoisin sauce, lime juice, and ginger, roasted butternut squash fresh from the garden left overs, green beans, and perogies for the kids since they don't eat the squash. I am surprised I cooked all that feeling like crap but it wasn't hard to do since everything pretty much cooks itself. I wanted to make sure we all ate something healthy since we have all been not eating much at all today. Sometimes you need to drop those people cause they aren't worth the aggravation.

Hm it would be yummy except for the ham part!

I'm glad I get you interested in learning Spanish. I never understand why most native English speakers I know don't want to bother learning another language at all. It's not about being or not being useful, but about getting introduced in a much deeper way in a new culture through the language. It's a great experience. I know 3 languages now but as soon as I'm done with English I'll definitely start with Italian... and if I could afford starting classes of Japanese and then going to Japan I'd love to!
