Well things are starting to fall into place. I'm almost finished with my packing. 
I have three piles. stuff i'm keeping, stuff i'm donating, and garbage. The later is the biggest pile. 
Also we already have a house. It has 5 bedrooms. so i get my own room which is cool so i we''ll probably be able to maintain my SG addiction as soon as i get back from my vacation
