Same old thing. I come home from work exhausted and ready for sleep. I lay down and immediately all the weird thoughts in my brain start muddling around demanding my attention. I can not relax for anything. Five hours later. Still not asleep. Not even tired now but I know I should sleep because I have work in the morning. Yet any time during the day I could nap at the drop of a hat no problem. Such a frustrating endless cycle!
