made a trip to the local record store today, couldn't find anything that i felt like buying. on the bright side, a 16 year old kid decided he would flex his musical muscle on me by making some recommendations. now, not to sound bitter or angry and old man-ish but do i really need this? the secret is, i used to own a small record store and i never offered up suggestions unless they were solicited. but anyway, i played along and told him what i was looking for. (first 2 chrome records, and possibly something newish by helios creed) which was met with the predictable blank stare. thanks for coming out.

check it out: rudely awoken as always by the alarm this morning, and the station has mr. baio reading off a top 5 reasons...some bad super bowl joke list. it was horrible, but it was nice to hear the chach man getting some work. later i'm at work browsing imdb, drift into the 100 worst movies ever list, and find that Zapped has been voted #97. 1982 style.
