And yeah, I used to be a big fan of the Power Hour back in the day. We didn't have Muchmusic when I was a kid, so I borrowed tapes from my friends.

The new show on MuchMoreMusic isn't re-runs of the old show, but a new show that mixes in old clips and promos and band interviews with new bumpers and some new videos. They played a lot of hair metal (Slaughter, Posion, Kiss, Aerosmith) but they also mixed in some current stuff, like Foo Fighters. It's kinda weird, but actually not a bad mix.

I think the cold medication made it a little better than it probably actually was.
