Not much going on. Just got back from a hella good outdoor hip-hop show ... MPLS's own Heiruspecs, the only hip-hop group not called The Roots that rocks a live band, and they do it better. Check 'em out at www.interlock.cc if you dig funk beats and smart raps.

Back from the dead ... er, South Dakota. Saw a groovy alt-country outfit last night called Freakwater, featuring Janet Bean from one of those Elephant 6 bands, originally. Excellent dual female vocals and mad strumming of all sorts of good stuff.
