back to your response from a couple a days ago.... you never really know if you can sing or not.... i never thought i could sing and then i accepted a big part in a school play in Junior High, when someone backed out....and it was a singing part.... i was pretty scared to say the least.
so the first day i had to sing i just belted out the lyrics and i remember looking into the audience and i could see on people's faces that they had no idea i could sing...mouths were hanging open... so you never know.
I think the Joel Grey part, and i say Joel Grey part because he certainly will always be remember for that one role, would really be fun to play. I don't think Alan Cummings is much of a singer and her played that part on Broadway...but i could be mistaken on his singing ability
