While I would love to say I disagree, because I have worked for several women in "high" positions who were AMAZING (including the Chancellor of the state higher ed system) - it doesn't hold true for all women. As a matter of fact, she (the one I worked for) is retiring and they have appointed a BITCH to replace - but I don't work there anymore (even though I still work in higher ed.) Some women think to get ahead they have to be bitches and thats what they do - I think the major thing about today's feminists is that they have forgotten the word "feminine" is still part of being a woman and being a feminist. But then again, being humane isn't a feminine trait - it's one that all people should possess - unfortunately alot don't. I am really sorry to hear about what happened. I am hoping you can appeal -
