If your ring finger is loads bigger than your pointing finger then sorry to tell you but that IS abnormal! The two fingers are supposed to be the same length!
That basically means that you're full of and driven by your testosterone, like alot more than other guys haha and apparently this helps in being good at sport and the arts, but fucks up logical thinking and science and stuff.
just to set the record straight there hehe

Following appoggiatura's comment i decided to expand what I think happens when women get too much power.

All women in the world want to get more power, no matter how much they work they usually reach a place that they can never be promoted from anymore because its reserved for men (even if its not in the companies rules or whateve) its just how this...

I am so sorry to hear that happened!!!! While I would love to say I disagree, because I have worked for several women in "high" positions who were AMAZING (including the Chancellor of the state higher ed system) - it doesn't hold true for all women. As a matter of fact, she (the one I worked for) is retiring and they have appointed a BITCH to replace - but I don't work there anymore (even though I still work in higher ed.) Some women think to get ahead they have to be bitches and thats what they do - I think the major thing about today's feminists is that they have forgotten the word "feminine" is still part of being a woman and being a feminist. But then again, being humane isn't a feminine trait - it's one that all people should possess - unfortunately alot don't. I am really sorry to hear about what happened. I am hoping you can appeal - kiss

Canada is a great country, even if it is freezing cold in the winter. My fingers are crossed to wish you luck.
abyssia:
I hear you about women in power. I don't know why we turn into such bitches - maybe because we think we're supposed to be? Maybe because we think we need to be in order to compete with men? Maybe because we're not used to being in power and feel some sort of need to overcompensate? Whatever it is (and it may have something to do with the big shoulder pads in the 80's) it isn't right and I'm very sorry you were the victim of a woman in power. Grrr!!!! (Ok, all feminists may now come out and bash me). I don't think it is necessary for a woman to behave in such a way! It is not necessary nor is it appropriate and it certainly does nothing to further any "feminist" cause!!! So there and Ha! (Yes, I'm very passionate about this issue). Ladies, chill out. Kod, can you try again or appeal the process/decision? I'm sorry I was MIA with the wishing of luck, but I was simply MIA across the board. I'm still not quite all here - but when was I ever? ;o)

latest numbers: 959 dead, thousands of wounded, thousands of sick people with diseases that havent appeared in centuries simply because there is no clean water.
and they claim they are bombing hezbollah, they claim that they destroyed 70% of its fire power, which was proven wrong when they sent 100 missiles in 5 minutes.
Anyway, I stay awake all the nights watching tv. They setup...

i am happy to hear you are well - it is amazing to watch what is happening in the world and then to be able to understand that this isn't something on "the news" these events are real to people - touch real people and kill real people...I hope you and your family are able to make it out - n

I am hoping you are still well. I hope you can give us another update. I hope most of all that you and your family are safe and that if you have left Lebanon, your journey is swift. I look forward to hearing from you again.

Watching the news on the Middle East is very depressing. I hope that you and your family are safe and that your home is not blown up.

Take care.
mediavortex:
Hey you ok man ? That last message you posted was about five days ago now. It doesn't look good over there on the news. I know I've been absent on here for a while but when this stuff errupted you were the first thing that came to mind. I know when you had that last crisis over there (it seems minor compared to this though) you said stuff like that didn't phase you and that you grew up with explosions all the time, but this seems a bit more extreme, then what is even normal over there. Hope you're ok. Thanks for the birthday wishes back in April.

I never imagined bombing like this in Lebanon. The BBC news showed civilians killed as the were driving away from their village and the infrastucture of Lebanon being reduced to rubble.

What Hezbullah did was wrong, but the punishment being metered out is out of proportion and being paid by the wrong people...

I got used to them now.

I've been thinking of you - and the several hundred "cousins" I have in Lebanon. I can't even bring myself to read the whole news reports. Somewhere between rage and sadness and helplessness my mind sort of turns off. It isn't easy for people to understand my reaction either.... Most just think (if they bother to think) that it's just more violence in a notoriously violent region of the world. But I know you. And I share blood with many there. Blood.

Please stay safe.
