good morning!!!!!
today is a beautiful day! I have just awakened and need to shower so I can go have lunch and meet my manager to taste beer at my friends brewery! (21st Ammendment- great beer and food).
Then I am hoping to finally make it to see kill bill (sometimes these night jobs get in the way of movie-going)
Only tomorrow night of work then I fly out Wednesday for a week to Michigan so that I can drive down to a friends wedding in Cincinatti. Oh the glamorous vacations, let me tell you. But it does mean a whole week away from bar patrons and am I ever looking forward to it!!!
Bartenders advice for the day...when you don't quite know what you want, just say you need a minute or ask for a recommendation saying "I like something sweet but hate coconut can you suggest something" Whatever you do, don't say I'll have whatever you like to drink. There have been a million times where we have laughed about making the nastiest shot and saying well that's what I like. Simple guidlines are all we need...then I can make you a lovely shot or drink
