Beautiful again :) I think we discussed before, but I had a prescription for Sumatriptan, which almost always worked for me within a half hour or so. You should go to your doctor if they have increased in frequency or how long they last, and if are not going away with your usual remedies. You might consider seeing a naturopath if you want to avoid pharmaceuticals.
