Sometimes, great sleep is all I need.  But, time always fixes it for me.  It's just a phase.

It depends on what it is really. if it is something I can do something about, do it, no matter how hard. If it's something out of my control, I remind myself of that until I finally accept it. Then I do things that bring me joy, and lo and behold, life gets better.

@eyes52 oh goodness no! i’m still learning, maybe eventually though haha. it’s from an artist i found through instagram. i have a few pieces up in a test spot but i need to figure out a better way to hold them in place.. i just hate framing things for some reason 🙈

I'm definitely hoping they both fight their way through the cancer. These guys are like family to me. We worked together for more than ten years and that makes three of the four of us that have been diagnosed with it. I'm hoping like hell I'm not the forth. It would be great if you could send some warm weather my way lol😍🌹 🌹 🌹

@eyes52 it might sound a bit ridiculous, but genuinely if you're worried at all keep up with your greens! i used to work with vitamins and supplements and such and we had a few customers refuse traditional treatment for cancer but they managed to fight it off with greens powders and immune boosters. the greens just help balance out ph levels and supposedly cancer can only grow in an acidic environment.. i'm actually planning on going back to my shakes with greens in them, the nutrients or ph balance or whatever used to help with migraines for me too 🖤🖤
