Sometimes I am so immensely stressed that I am surprised at my own ability to breathe.
Furthermore, it makes me all the more proud not to be an addict anymore.

My dog is dying of cancer. We adopted her at 8 years old & .... she hasn't made it to 9 yet.
It's a burden taking in an old dog - but one I would gladly bear again. She never deserved to be in the pound.



Her owner got sick & couldn't keep her. The terrible part is that she was probably sick when she was taken to the shelter. I thank God every day that I found her and got her - but the pain I feel watching her struggle to breathe is consuming me. I just can't stop crying.




If any of you have seen me looking like a wreck in the chat room & then not saying anything - that's why. I don't want to be alone - but I don't know what to say that won't depress the Hell out of everyone.



Give me happiness or give me death?
oh wait, that's not how that one went.



I love you guys, I'm just heartbroken.
