Next, hopefully in the next day or two, we meet with the bank, make sure we can offer on the awesome condo we want, and then do so. I really hope that by next week we are under contract for it as well!

We received an offer on the house. But they're low-balling us by $13,000, AND they want all our appliances. So we counter-offered and threw in the new fridge. But no way are they ever getting our nice, new LG super-efficient washer and dryers, unless they go out and buy their own!
