Well its a rainy day, and looks to be all day long. This is fine except I was planning to get a little gardening done, and wash the car as well, but maybe tomorrow. I think this rainy day is the perfect day to get my spring cleaning off to a start!
Everything needs to be cleaned. Usually, I insist on a relatively clean house, not super-ultra sparkling, but clean. But with being in school, going away on weekends, and having gone through a period of generous malaise, nearly nothing has been done to stem the tide of dust, dog hair, and papers and crap piling up in nearly every crevice.
I knew it was my, er, OUR mission as soon as I woke up. But the point was really driven home when Saucer, one of our pooches, jumped up on my lap and immediately shed half of his coat on me.
le sigh* If only I could be this sexy while cleaning my house. ( And this IS my house!) :

It is impossible to have a clean house when you're in school. The papers get everywhere and you never have time to organize them. And all the pet hair gets trapped in them and creates ionic suction for all the other dust and stuff...I gave up a long time ago.
