I feel like I'm already on vacation. Last night Idjiit treated me by making dinner: tasty chicken pot stickers and dipping sauce accompanied by a wonderfully tastey thai salad with yummy freshmade dressing. YUM!

Then this morning he made ymmy breakfast burritos with just a little egg, the leftover potsticker filling, and some of the salad on top. I don't know if thai folks eat similar things for breakfast, but they should!

Now, as I write this, he is busy in the kitchen making some yummy steak concoction for dinner. He won't tell me what it is, but he is using the cuisinart, has bought sea salt, very lean steak, and grapeseed oil! Holy cow (yes, pun intended!), is this gonna be good!!

I am sooooooooooooooooooooooo lucky! He doesn't cook often, but when he does, he cooks well!
