Yay, I quit my job. I'm going to work at a dog grooming company instead. Things have been ended on good terms though, and my boss said if things don't work out at the dog grooming place, I can come back.
But being a receptionist and getting to sit in a big comfy chair and make appointments and play with the dogs sounds SOOOO much nicer than standing up for hours and showing people pipe after pipe as they take a half hour to decide on a $20 item.
So anyway... this coming week shall be crazysexycool... er, did I just say that? I've got one more week at work, and next weekend is the Street Fair, so I have to work 13 hrs on Sat and 8 hrs on Sunday, and then head straight to the airport where I will catch the redeye flight to NYC to see... SILVERCHAIR!!!
Oh yes.
And then I get back and go to the Gorge for the Sasquatch! Music Festival... camping out for two nights... roughing it (we have to walk 10 minutes to get to the food vendors)...
