Well, I'm in Nanaimo, BC right now. Just kinda chillin' before we make a spaghetti dinner. Everyone else is watching some movie called Wet Hot American Summer which I had never heard of. I keep hearing snatches of dialogue, and let me tell you, it's weird.
My new years was spent getting drunk and then having the worst headache I have ever had. So my first few minutes of the new year... well, after all the kissing, I felt like there was a thumbscrew on my brain.
But whatever, the new year never feels that exciting to me... it's just a date. I didn't make any resolutions because I never keep them anyway.
This "year" really felt like it started at the temple burn at BuringMan. I felt like I had come full circle from the previous temple burn at BMan 2002. And I started college, and went on to my "new" life or whatever.
So tonight will probably be spent "helping" to remove all the leftover alcohol off my friends' hands and I don't know what else. Tomorrow I'm going to Vancouver and hopefully goin' out Fri & Sat night. Then it's back to Seattle for school on Monday. Baaaah.

Oddly I bought Wet Hot American Summer for my brother for his birthday because we'd all liked the State, which was the project that most of the actors had worked on previous to the film. Calling it a letdown would be an understatement.

Very cool pics, btw.
