Sometimes I feel like zero must be the center of the universe because numbers can go for eternity both ways, and the only way to measure them is how far they are from zero.
Strange, isn't it. Zero being the only constant we have.
Zero is the same in any unit of time or space.
This weirds me out... because negative numbers can't *physically* exist, can they? I begin to feel like conventional math is such a crock. It's all based on this SYSTEM... of measuring things by 10 units.

It's funny that you say this. Because right now I'm wearing a shirt that says "Zero" on it and I just happen to be the center of the universe.
