After a month of bs I found it was a meniscus tear but not bad enough to need surgery
Took some time today away from my bed during this recovery period to spend time with my daughter. We got donuts from our favorite family owned business and enjoyed each other’s company.

I was just walking and my knee popped. Now its swollen and now it won't bend without forcing it.
