Current Music: Lamb of God - Ashes of the Wake
i went to see my friend's band play in kitchener of friday....the show started at 5, but i went up early to visit with another friend before the show, and then she ended up comming out aswell. the show went pretty well, when we found the place we were scared and confused, the sign read: Fergie's Deli, Family Restaurant........and my friend decided this would be a good place to throw a death metal show?!?!?! but it was good he did, because not only were the drinks cheaper than at a regualar venue, but they served food for us at 1:00 in the morning. *thumbs up* this was my friend's band's first show, they only had i think 4 full songs, but it sounded good, and now that school is ending i'm sure they'll have a lot more time to write and rehearse more songs. and now they've got connections with other bands and whatnot, it looks to me like things are looking up for avedis. i went back to my friend that put on the show's house after the show,,,,,he gave me the keys and said he wasn't sure if he'd make it there or not, but it was ok for me to crash. so i spent the night alone in one of my friend's houses
i woke up the next morning and he still wasn't there, so i left a thank you on the fridge and headed back home.
i missed the sg playdium meet on saturday.....i was given bad directions and got terribly lost in missisauga, so i turned around and came home. mother and i ended up renting a couple movies and staying home. but later a couple of my friends showed up, we had a couple beers, played some shuffle board, then we went next door cuz my dad was visiting with the neighbours, and wen ended up playing pool and darts with them, twas a jolly good time.
and i went back to work last night, i'm really beginning to detest working at the walmart, i need to find a different job....going to stigmata i think friday (possible tongue venoms) and i may drop off another resume for lois.
and that's about all i've got to say
