it's been a long week. 52 hours at danby is 52 hours too many.

i think people are avoiding me, but i don't know why. every day after work i like to go sit and have coffee, if nobody wants to join me, i'll take a book along and read for an hour or so. three times this week, i sent text messages to people to ask if they'd like to join me. nobody responded. ok, i finish work at midnight, i don't usually expect anyone to be awake, but when i come home and sign on msn and they're online, you could have just said no instead of ignoring me.

i'm heading out to waterloo this weekend. my friend melissa has invited me to come party with her, but i think she's trying to set me up with one of her friends. :S apparently i made out with this girl one time when i was really drunk, i don't remember it, but i don't remember a lot about that night. i woke up in melissa's back yard the next morning.

i've already been asked to put in more overtime next week, starting with a 10 hour day on monday.

i'm looking forward to next weekend. a bunch of us are going to melissa's cottage somewhere on georgian bay for the long weekend. if the holiday monday doesn't turn out to be too much driving, i might even make it out to kareoke that night.
