I booked a ticket to LA this morning! I'll be in California from July 16-24th. Going to rent a car and drive up to Monterey and San Francisco, maybe see my family in Pleasanton, maybe see my mom at Golden Gate Cemetery, maybe never leave.
If I don't have something to look forward to, my heart is always heavy. DC Pride was absolutely amazing, I think I actually updated my Instagram more than I usually do in a month (Lasuchabitch if you want to follow me, it's mostly makeup, drag queens, occasional cats). I miss my best friend terribly, but if I'd never moved to Virginia I wouldn't have gotten to experience Capital Pride, right?
