Hey. My blogs aren't very frequent and not always the most interesting. But I just got the new SG book, Hard Girls, Soft Light in the mail today and it got me to thinking that I probably owed a little update. I poured over the book, looking at every page and reading every word until I got to the end like it was crack. I guess I probably did that with the original SG book with Mary on the cover when I got it... oh, in 2004 shortly after I joined the site. I know I did that when I got Beauty Redefined a couple years ago. I mean, I might have already seen all the pictures in the books...I used to have a serious obsession with making sure I looked at every set... not the case now with member review. I guess I just miss the surprise of a staff review set. Or when a limbo girl finally got her day on the front page.

Anyway, I've been here for a long time. I still log in every day, read your blogs, check my groups. Maybe I'm too shy to comment on your blogs or respond to what you say to me here, but I do always read everything. And I do still think that all the girls on this site are gorgeous. And I still don't know how I ever ended up actually becoming a suicide girl. I guess it probably has something to do with the fact that Alissa is brilliant behind a camera even though I still think I look like a complete dork who can't ever be sexy in those photos!

In two weeks time I'll be living in Virginia and I feel like I'm finally moving on and away from the garbage and insanity of the past few years. But I want to thank everyone here for listening to me, and being here, and helping keep me sane. This site is what you make it. And I for one am really happy I stumbled upon a picture of Quinne on livejournal 9 years ago!
