i am so fucking sick of how obsessed everyone has become with their cellphones. i spend so much time at home, at either job, hanging out with friends, and watching them constantly pick up their stupid iphones and do what?? check facebook? check their stupid words with "friends"? i'm sorry i'm not fucking interesting to talk to, sitting across from you at a restaurant or next to you on the god damn couch.

well when i'm out with my friends i don't check my phone at all, but when i get bored at work or if i'm alone i check it often.

I watched an interview the other day and the bloke was saying that if he's having an interesting conversation with an interesting person and a boring person across the room sends him an email, that email then has priority over the interesting conversation because of the 'ping' of the phone. It makes no sense, but that is how the majority of people are these days in my circles.
