so i just went to the new comedy clubby thing that opened in my town to see my FAVORITE comedian, Mike Birbiglia. i had a mild obsession with his comedy central special a couple months ago. and by that i mean, i DVRed it, and watched it about 17 times before i was forced to delete it. but you know how it is, when something makes you happy and smile, you just can't get enough. and i love mike birbiglia.
so cassy and i show up early, and get front row, middle table perfect seats. and what happens? birbigs notices my tattoo. (the explosions). i get pulled on stage and am forced to tell everyone about my tattoo. he even makes me sit down. the whole time i'm all blushy and wiggly and afraid my stupidity is about to come out. and then when i sit down, he looks directly at me for the rest of the show.
