i had a situation like that once. my (former) assistant manager at the theater i worked at hired her own boyfriend (against policy) and then gave him twice as many hours as everyone (also against policy), made him the head projectionist even though he had been there a lot less than the other projectionists, and let him clock in hours early while making other people go home before their shift was up. luckily, she got fired in front of everybody. it was a good day. ^_^
