Country goodbyes

As most of you who read my blogs will know, my pop passed away last year at Christmas. Last week I got the sad news that his farm had sold.

I've taken an extra day off work to have a 3 day weekend to come up to Tamworth and have my final goodbye on the property and say goodbye to the last of the animals here.

It's a super sad ending to an amazing chapter in my life and words cannot describe how much I am going to miss my home away from home.

I've been coming to Tamworth since before I was born and in my mothers tummy. Country is in my blood ❤️

There are some horses here on adjistment and one of them is the most curious and cheesiest of little ladies.

Here she is trying to eat my hair.

I'm going to be setting of to take my last final photos of my country sunset in few hours and I'm going to try and film a little bit. So stay tuned for a short video ❤️

Anyone who follows you knows how much that farm meant to you. Despite the smile it must be very difficult to let go but the only constant in life is that change is inevitable. I assume your father was the driving force keeping the farm going and without him someone needed to take over. It is a shame that it is not going to stay in the family but I am sure that without him there the farm will never be the same to you.

Such a life encompassing chapter to bring to a close.  I will be thinking about you a great deal this weekend.
