Well... hi!
Well, the trip was a blast. NYC is entirely different than anything I know, it was very interesting. I could go through an entire play-by-play, but that's not really my style, so you folks get highlights. The entire photographic experience is over at Flickr.
Wicked was indeed awesome, and though I basically knew all that had been changed for the musical, the end still managed to surprise me. I had the best meal of my entire life at the Grilled Cheese NYC.
I think this is the trip's best picture:
Spent a day with one of my top five closest friends, whom I'd in fact never met in person, and an evening with he and PresidentNumber2. We hit the USS Intrepid to make my dad happy.
Juby took me for dinner and shortcake, and wandered with me around the city.
In this picture, I've apparently gone nova with joy, and Juby is in awe:
Great trip. Time to get back to life now; my feet are sore as hell from so much walking (we drive here in Texas, thanks), I hurt my knee again, and my back from sleeping on the coolest looking futon in the world, which didn't happen to be very comfortable. And now to catch up in school, get a job, buy a new cell phone, and run back to the boy for adoration and massage purposes.
